The Coffee Menu
Home Brew
Our signature Central American blend. It’s the "comfort food" of coffee—sweet, chocolatey, and nutty.
Midnight Brew (Decaf)
All the sweetness and hazelnut notes of our Home Brew, without the late-night jitters.
Double Trouble
For those mornings you need an extra spark. A bold Colombian roast with a fruity finish.
New Moon
A delicate African blend. It’s light-bodied, earthy, and florally—perfect for a slow Sunday.
Cauldron Brewed Espresso
A buttery Brazilian bean that creates a rich, velvety crema.
Essential Brew
Organic Peruvian beans. Deep and smoky with a surprising pop of cherry.
Supernatural Sumatra
An Indonesian classic. Bold, rugged notes of cedar and tobacco.

Amanda D.
Legacy of the Coffee Sorceress
Something’s Brewing is a family affair. I’m Amanda—a wife and mom of three who turned a deep love for coffee into a craft. To truly honor the bean, I’ve traveled to the heart of Colombia to study the process firsthand. When you buy a bag of our coffee, you’re supporting a dream backed by a whole lot of family love and a dedication to the highest quality beans.
Coffee has always been more than just a caffeine kick for me; it’s a memory. Growing up in a busy Italian household, there was a pot of coffee brewing at all hours. Some of my favorite memories are sitting with my mother at 2:00 AM—her being the ultimate night owl—sharing stories over steaming mugs.
When I lost her to cancer in 2017, coffee became my way of staying connected to her. Every time I hold a warm cup, I’m back at her kitchen table or sitting by the fire pit, feeling her presence.
What started as a personal ritual turned into a fun obsession. After a (very) failed attempt at growing a coffee plant myself, I became fascinated by the journey from "crop to cup." I started roasting small batches at home, realizing that coffee doesn’t have to be bitter or burnt. It can be smooth, soulful, and full of life. I wanted to bring that "perfect cup" feeling to our community—the kind of coffee that feels like a hug.
